|Ipswich police have declared an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to an ongoing incident at Bellbird Park.The PSPA was declared at approximately 3.35am with an exclusion zone encompassing Jones Road from Radcliffe Court to Harris Street.Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and those within the exclusion zone are asked to remain indoors until further notice.|
