Looking for kids’ entertainment these school holidays? Look no further Thomas The Tank Engine, everyone’s favourite Number 1 blue engine is heading to The Workshops Rail Museum.

For the first time ever, this day of colourful adventures will celebrate the magic and beauty of colour at Day Out With Thomas: The Colour Tour. The Colour Tour is a fun-filled, family event that celebrates the joy of colour so you can expect plenty of colourful, family-friendly activities.

Highlights include; meeting Thomas The Tank Engine and Sir Topham, enjoying carnival rides* playing a variety of games and watching a live performance by Sir Topham Hatt. The Colour Tour will run until the 23rd of January, perfect for rounding out the school holidays with a bang.

Other favourites present at the exhibit include; Douglas, Annie & Clarabel, Diesel 199, Trevor the Traction Engine and George the Steamroller. There will also be sensory-friendly accommodations on the 17th of January with reduced sound and engaging fun spaces that are sensory-friendly.
