Cake meets art

Do you love to bake, then we love you!

The Great Marburg Bake Off is an amateur baking competition but really, it’s about coming together as a community. Imagine bunting (lots of it!), High Altitude Harmony, Amberly Brass Band, live judging and tea and scones stall. There is also an art show ‘Let them ART cake’.

The event program will encourage entrants to drop off their baking at the hall, wander around Marburg, grab lunch at the pub, enjoy the charm of one of Ipswich’s hidden gems, watch the live judging and then congratulate the winners.

Best of all, visitors can purchase a box of testing cakes and vote for their favourite to determine the winner of People’s Choice.

The Great Marburg Bake Off is everything you love about the cooking section of your local show but with more bunting, prizes and frivolity.
