The Breakky Club chat with the QT News about a rumour going around stating that Ipswich Urban Utilities are apparently ending their lease early on a property in limestone street that they’ve owned for 10 years. Urban Utilities have confirmed that they aren’t ending the lease early, however they are not renewing their lease when it ends in September. They also chat about the company JHC Holdings having bought land on Binnies Road with a plan to build a large shopping centre and 178 housing blocks, however they have since decided to sell it, as they were tired of waiting for the government to tell them where a train line will intersect their property before they could build anything. They also chat about how a caravan become extremely popular during COVID as it turned into a café.
