Ipswich’s own Imbibis Craft Distillery is excited to announce the launch of their brand-new, limited release Heritage City gin. Developed with the help of Ipswich residents and Imbibis customers, the resulting gin portrays the diversity of ingredients that this great region has to offer.

17 botanicals skilfully blended and distilled in a copper pot still. This gin is complex and super smooth. Great sipping neat over ice or create a memorable gin and tonic with Long Rays original.
