From high-octane action and horror to comedy and a culinary biopic, Limelight Cinemas is serving up a varied mix of new releases this week.
One of the newcomers is Tony, exploring the early life of Anthony Bourdain as he begins making his mark on the culinary world. The film looks at the experiences and struggles behind his rise as a chef, with early reviews described as strong.
Action fans can catch Mutiny, starring Jason Statham as a man whose billionaire boss is murdered in front of him. After being framed for the killing, he is forced on the run while trying to uncover who is really responsible.

Horror also returns to the big screen with another instalment of Insidious. The supernatural story follows Gemma, who discovers she can travel to another dimension inhabited by lost souls and bring them back into the real world—with terrifying consequences.
For something lighter, Spa Weekend brings together Anna Faris, Leslie Mann, Isla Fisher and Michelle Buteau for a girls’ getaway that quickly descends into chaos. The comedy is described as a mix of The Hangover and Bridesmaids, from the creators of Bad Moms.
Anime fans aren’t being left out either, with Howl’s Moving Castle next in Limelight’s Studio Ghibli series. Sunday’s screening is already proving popular, with another session scheduled for Wednesday night.
And for those still wanting some superhero action, Spider-Man continues to swing across the Limelight Cinemas screens.
