Police are appealing for assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl missing from Ipswich.

She was last seen at Ipswich Hospital just after midday yesterday.
Police and family hold concern for her welfare, given her young age and given she requires medication.
The teenager is described as Caucasian, around 150cm in height, of a slim build with dark hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple mid-drift top with short sleeves, ripped high waist jeans and black and white shoes with ticks on them.
The 16-year-old also has a distinctive dream catcher belly button piercing.
Anyone who has seen the teenager or has further information is urged to contact police.
